History

In the Omen of the Stars Arc

The Last Hope

Amberkit is born, along with her sibling, Snowkit and Dewkit, to Cloudtail and Brightheart. For preparation for the final battle against the Dark Forest, her mother, Brightheart, is training with Lionblaze in case the nursery is attacked in the battle. Brightheart fights fiercely as Amberkit and her siblings watch with wide eyes.

Before the battle with the Dark Forest starts, she, Dewkit, and Snowkit are seen being hustled into the nursery by Cloudtail.

Later, when Tigerheart and Ivypool are bringing Hollyleaf back to the camp, Brightheart is seen keeping her kits close to her. A short while after, Ferncloud tells Brightheart to hide and the queen thrusts her kits further into the nest.

After the battle, Amberkit sees Ferncloud lying on the ground and thinks that the queen is asleep; her littermate reassures her that Dustpelt would wake her up.
